About ME

Why I Practice, and in turn, Teach:

Yoga can help us reach our goals in the many facets of life. Whether we are searching for physical well-being (Asana), emotional understanding (Svadyaya), mental clarity (Tejas), or spiritual enlightenment (Samadhi); there is a practice for everyone. Each individual will have different needs to balance out the different experiences we have had to digest throughout life. I'd be honored to help you design and refine a practice that supports you and your Dharma along this journey of life.

A Tantric Practice

Tantra has many definitions, let's stick with this one: to weave.

Through my practice I weave in and layer Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques), Kriya (visualization meditation), Mantra (sound vibration) all in hopes to lead to Pratyhara (sense withdrawal) and then further into Meditation and a remembrance so we can all come hOMe.

Let's reclaim our inner power and shine!

Yin Yoga + Buddhist Minfulness

The two practices intertwine beautifully. Yin yoga is a physical practice of postures held for 3 - 7 minutes typically. This encourages a lubrication and lengthening of the connective tissues, ligaments and joints. The Buddhist technologies are a wonderful combination to add in during these long holds. As well as meditations such as shamata and vipassana may be practiced on their on.

Nidra Offerings

Yoga Nidra or yogi sleep, is an ancient science whose modern benefits are numerous especially in relation to trauma and the nervous system. I have a few free recordings here online to get to experience the basics.
